Thermoplan B&W 4 Neo

Back in 2021, I had the pleasure of developing 38 on-screen animations for the Thermoplan Black & White 4 Neo. Designed as intuitive visual instructions, these animations guide users through operation and maintenance tasks on the fully automatic coffee machine.

The animations were designed in a modular way and complemented with pictograms where necessary to ensure universal usability across different countries and markets. Text overlays were deliberately avoided, as the machines are distributed internationally and localizing on-screen text for each market would have added significant effort and cost.
